2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the nan88 support team immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the nan88 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred taka) — for each method.
Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short time.
Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name — depositing from third-party accounts is prohibited.
nan88 is not responsible for any problems or delays in transaction processing that originate from the payment provider's side.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from the nan88 platform:

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.
If identity verification has not been completed at the time of withdrawal, the request may be delayed or suspended.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (returned to the same account).
To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be met.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus (total ৳2,500). To withdraw the bonus, a total of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may have separate conditions and an expiry period — please read the relevant terms before accepting an offer.
You may not participate in a promotion more than once unless specifically stated.
Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household, address, or IP address is prohibited.
nan88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Program

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled unless a technical error makes it necessary.
If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or network outage, it may be considered void.
nan88 reserves the right to cancel winnings obtained due to a bug or error in the game software.

5.2 Sports Betting

Additional conditions may apply when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded unless specific conditions state otherwise.

If you engage in any of the prohibited activities above, nan88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account and confiscate the balance.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

nan88 may suspend or close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of any part of these Terms.
If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
If you refuse or fail to cooperate with identity verification.
If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
At the direction of a law enforcement authority.

7.2 Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (legitimately withdrawable funds) will be returned before the request is processed, provided there have been no prior violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nan88 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, databases, and other materials — is the intellectual property of nan88 or its respective licensors. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using this content elsewhere without prior written permission from nan88 is prohibited.

Games and software from third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) are operated under their own licence terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

nan88 is not liable for the following:

Loss caused by internet connectivity issues or third-party technical failures.
